This is how it works. It is rather simple, apartment owners will pay apartment locators up to 100% of one months rent. Were not a greedy company, and would like to share the wealth with our clients. All you have to do is put down “TexasRealtyPros.com” on all guest cards, referral forms, contracts, and anything else the apartment complex has you sign. If you do not put “TexasRealtyPros.com” on any of the items above, even just the guest cards the Apartment owner will not pay us. So it is very important that you put our company down as the referral source.
